Tropical Oasis

Refreshing Shower

I had an interesting stay at the hotel. The check-in experience was lovely, especially with Cirenia's warm welcome, and the pool area was truly enjoyable. However, the condition of the room was disappointing, with cleanliness and comfort being major issues. Dining options also left much to be desired, with limited and overpriced food available. Overall, the value doesn't quite live up to expectations, especially concerning the rooms.

The room felt quite dark and had an outdated look. While the bed was comfortable with great pillows, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Service was hit or miss, with some staff being extremely friendly and helpful, but others not meeting expectations.

The hotel's location was nice, especially the pool and garden areas, which provided a pleasant environment, but it was a bit too secluded for my taste.
